The new Finn Graphics site lands in about two weeks. The work itself hasn’t stopped — it’s still going out every weekend.

Finn Graphics is a design studio run by Finn Fones on the Gold Coast, Queensland. In these terms, “we” means Finn Graphics and “you” means the person or organisation using this website or engaging us for design work. You can reach us at hello@finngraphics.au or 0432 831 769.
You are welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t copy, download or reuse the work shown here without our written permission.
The information on the site is general and can change without notice. A quote only applies once it is set out in a written proposal.
Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out what we will make, the estimated hours and the hourly rate. We bill for the hours actually spent. If the work runs shorter than the estimate, you pay less.
If you ask for more than the proposal covers, we will tell you what it adds before doing it.
A deposit, set out in your proposal, confirms your start date. The balance is invoiced at handover and is due within 14 days unless your invoice says otherwise. Overdue invoices may attract the late fee stated in your contract.
Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
You are responsible for having the right to use the crests, logos, photos, sponsor artwork and other material you send us, and for making sure that using them in your graphics doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
Your proposal says how many rounds of revisions are included. Changes requested after you approve a direction or the final files are quoted as new work.
When your final invoice is paid in full, you own the final files we make for you, including the editable Photoshop sources. Until then, the files remain ours.
Anything made by someone else inside those files, such as fonts, stock images or sponsor logos, belongs to its owner and may need its own licence.
We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media. If your project is confidential, tell us before work starts and we will keep it private.
Some pieces on this site are self-directed, including crest and identity concepts for professional clubs and tournaments and posters of professional players. They are not commissioned by, affiliated with or endorsed by those clubs, players or organisations. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the hours worked up to that point. We use the deposit to cover that time and refund any part of it the hours don’t use.
Please check every file before you post or print it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
