About this policy

This policy explains what personal information Finn Graphics collects through finngraphics.au, why we collect it and what we do with it. Finn Graphics is run by Finn Fones on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Questions about your information can go to hello@finngraphics.au or 0432 831 769.

We follow the Australian Privacy Principles as good practice.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form or the contact form, we collect your name, club or business name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your answers and message.
• Brand discovery. If you are a client and complete the brand discovery form, we collect your answers about your brand, audience, competitors, deadlines and budget, along with your name and email.
• Client brand hubs. If we set up a brand hub for your organisation, we store the brand details and files we prepare for you there. The hub is protected by a PIN.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and protect the site.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To deliver your project and keep records of proposals, contracts and invoices.
• To protect the site, for example by filtering spam and limiting repeated wrong PIN attempts.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information or share it for marketing. We use these services to run the site and the business, and they handle information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the site and stores enquiries and client files.
• Google Workspace handles our email.
• An email delivery service sends us a notification when a new enquiry arrives.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies and browser storage

• If you open a client brand hub, your browser keeps a cookie for 30 days so you don’t need to re-enter the PIN.
• The brand discovery form saves your progress in your browser’s local storage until you send it.
• The site owner’s sign-in uses a session cookie that is not set for visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while they are useful for following up, and the system keeps at most the 500 most recent. Proposals, contracts and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us. We will reply within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. If we can’t resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, enquiries and files are kept in private storage, and brand hubs need a PIN. No system is completely secure, so please don’t send us passwords or payment details.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
