You get a reply from me, not an auto-responder — usually the same day. It will be a number and a start date, or a question, because sometimes the honest answer is that a club needs three formats rather than eleven.
Then: a short brand discovery, the matchday graphic in two or three directions, the rest of the set built from the one you pick, a round of revisions, and handover with the editable files.
Pricing is hourly, so it follows the size of the job. A deposit confirms your start date, and if the work runs short you pay less. The files are yours on final payment — no subscription, nothing to renew.
